Hello all FS fish cookers,
I'm trying to find an old recipe from a free local newspaper back when I lived in Cape Canaveral in 1990s era.
Anyway, I believe it called for either Grouper or Flounder, baking the fish in white wine with tomato slices on top and then sprinkling the cheese on top at the end. There were some spices (Basil or Thyme maybe) thrown in there with salt and pepper.
It was so very simple, yet so delicious...my preference for cooking anything.
