Fishing offshore after a cold front?

Hey guys I was hoping you can help me out. I am fairly new to offshore fishing and was wondering your opinions on fishing this Monday out of canaveral? The seas are showing for now 2-3ft. Unfortunately the weather goes from a high and low of sat 84/59 sun 77/56 mon 80/56. I realize it isn't ideal after a cold front but I was wondering if maybe you more experienced guys could shed some light as to your experiences when fishing after a front like this in this time of year? Should I go? What to target or look for after the front? Thanks in advance for your responses.

This time of year if you get a weather window and can get offshore, take it..

North winds are terrible for trolling and finding dolphins, try the bottom.

Hey I'm planning a trip Monday if the forecast holds true but as we all know the weather man is never wrong he can change his mind at any time. Right now the king makeral bite is on fire at 8a but the trick is live bait you MUST have live bait so 1st thing find and catch some pogeys with cast net or get some other bait with a sabiki rig. The last I heard bite was on 8a but that can change. After done with king go out catch some amberjack and catch and release red snapper. Hope you have a nice day right now just my wife and myself.

We almost always do terrible trolling for dolphin right after a front... doesn't seem to affect deeper bottom spots we fish 170+ Usually current is the deciding factor on that one.
