Myself and my 2 buddies Scuba Steve and Jon ran east on 3/16 to find good seas. Trolled past the weather buoy a few times without a knockdown. Water temps at the buoy were still to chilly. Ran further east and found a good rip and temp break that went from 71 to 73F in about a quarter mile distance. Good color change from greenish to dark blue. We soaked the baits and worked this rip north for 30 miles and picked up 11 mahi and a wahoo on various colored skirts w/ ballyhoo. Great day on the water with 2 good buddies.
