Tuna, it's what's for dinner.

Delayed post from 03/15/16, Dania Beach.
The day started well, but the current kicked our collective **** later on. I was grateful to catch a football tuna and make dinner out of it.

Looks super dope, I just don't know if I can stomach all that raw tuna. I am sure I will make this soon anyway.

    Thanks guys.
Produkt: despite my ambitious appetite, I got 4 servings out of that bowl. If you serve something like this with leaves of butter lettuce instead of tostones, its a light meal. Plus the ladies love it :wink

My sister was telling me I should try to do a voice-over next time instead of the subtitles. I may try that with next week's kingfish recipe video.

Ok,I had some steaks left over from my last Tuna. With company coming over I decided to use the Jcan recipe as a pre-dinner appy.
I didn't have Tostones so I substituted with rosemary flatbread crackers and cucumber. Needless to say it was a huge hit and asked to bring it at the next party. THANKS FOR SHARING!:applause
