Would make a great hunt truck, fishing truck, or work truck, and still nice enough to drive to the office.

Most of the mileage is highway use, running back and forth to my hunt camp in SC over the years, so truck is in much better condition both mechanically and appearance-wise than if those were city miles.

I just rolled over 200,000 on my 02 z71 with the 5.3 knock on wood.... Lol my brother had bearing failure @ 80,000 in his 06 z71 supposedly there was a bad run of top end components ..... Should be a easy fix for a gear head. Good luck with the sale

Good luck,i have a 2005 I bought new with 260k now and it still runs great,5.3 under hood,great trucks!

Thank you for the replies.

As an update ... drained the 20-50 and put in 10-30 conventional, put 50 miles on it, and pressures still normal idles at 20, runs at 38, so looks like this issue was entirely due to switch to synthetic.
