First nice day in awhile. o.7 Low at 11ish.
I was hoping for Clear Water, it wasn't bad but it had some Tannin Stain to it. Poled the West wall of the mouth of a local big creek, all mud with a couple small islands. I was hoping the mud would be warmer, 67 Deg. surface temps.
Sighted up 2 Redifsh when I got close to the islands on small mud flats next to them..nothing along that 2 mile wall of mud bank where I was hoping. They were moving real slow..and ate nothing I threw at them.
Ran back west toward Goodland and stopped at a far inside Flowage. 2 Trout and 3 Ladyfish.
Slow Fishin , Slow Fish and good day to look around ....
Can't wait till late March.
