Fuel Tank Pressure Test & Repair?

Can anyone recommend someone to test a 150 gal fuel tank on a 32' CC near Jupiter?
Preferably someone with skills to diagnose & repair if necessary.
Tank is covered by a removable hatch that unfortunately is partially tucked under the console presumably with 5200.
And, I can't seem to get it out.::banghead
