If you seriously need a burner, you need to pay cash. Also, wear a hat and glasses. The phone is traced to the place it is purchased. After that, if they are looking for that phone they will go to that store and pull video footage.

EBay or Amazon to acquire the phone(s), always have between 2 and 4. Then into local stop and Rob for the minutes or have the locally crackhead or drunk make the appropriate purchases while you stay far enough away not to be in video or associated with the cracky but close enough to insure he doesn't rip you off.
