Again I have to disagree with you. Their is no commercial fishing vessel involved with this incident. The kingfisherman is just considered a vessel underway, making way. If the weekend wannabe captain was trolling he would also would be considered underway, making way.

Something people need to understand is that if the weekend wannabe charter boat captain was drifting( and this goes for anyone else drifting) he would have been considered underway, not making way. So while you all are drifting you are considered underway and responsible to maneuver just as if you would be running.

This forum is pure comedy no real commercial fisherman would waste his time on this forum or social media i know cause i worked for one before.As far as rules of the Rd well i guess if someone has to explain that to you your ****ed anyways hahahahahahah,and to the guy claiming he knows this and that who really cares we wanna see fish pictures and a short story is fine, i know i don't need to look at this forum to catch fish its more like a Jerry Springer show for me.
