Ours is over a year old and the kids get to use it.
I want some more carbon knives, but the ceramic holds a edge.

I got one for my Mom and she loved it until it got dull and could not be resharpened. Think she's looking at one that you can send back to factory for a new edge

That gave me a big HUMMMM I haven't sharpened one yet,
I can sharpen drill bits.

I have 2 low carbon SS knifes then the glass knife, are my favorites for the kitchen.

You can sharpen them on a good diamond stone...

We've had one for a couple of years. Trick with them is always use them on a plastic or wood cutting board.
