Couple of new ones

I haven't been shooting much. been going back over a lot of images and re-processing them with LR which makes a big difference....

any way everybody has their eagle shot and I have a few from the barrier islands. this one turned up at the SW corner of my property on sunday. it is one of one of three pairs now nesting within 800' of the house....

the first pair moved in about 5 years ago, the second pair the following year, and the third pair, this year....

this cormorant was kind enough to pose for me without getting jumpy. He had apparently road down on a cold front last week and was too tired to care....

I never knew cormorants had blue eyes....

Nice. We have a few eagles around here now, but too many dang pine trees getting in the way.

Color me jealous. I still seek a decent eagle shot. Very nice for sure.
