Wahoo regulations applying to fish caught in Bimini?

TommTomm Posts: 359 Deckhand
Sorry, but I need some help in understanding the rules posted at MYFWC.COM http://myfwc.com/fishing/saltwater/recreational/bahamas/

The US Bag limit is 2 Wahoo per person, while 18 per vessel in the Bahamas. If you catch all your wahoo in Bahamian waters, follow the rules - passport stamp, cruising permits, stowed fishing gear, etc, and head back with your Bahama catch to Florida without stopping to fish, what rules applies to me? 2 Wahoo per person, or can I keep up to 18 (Can only pray to even get that lucky, but that is besides the point :-) even if I only have 2 people on board?
