Fishing Bachelor Pad - Room for Rent

Attention NE FL Anglers:

I'm trying to rent out at a room at our fishing bachelor pad.

Located on the marsh in Atlantic Beach, the house backs up to De Blieu Creek and connects to the ICW. Dock and cleaning station out back. Tons of bait, reds, trout, and flounder behind the house, and an especially fun flood tide fishery. Got an army of canoes and kayaks, and a shed, attic, and garage for storage. Can keep a boat out front too no problem.

It's a 4/2, there will be a total of 3 people living there. Rents plus utilities is around $450/month. Looking to have someone move in early January.

The two of us are 27yo currently work 8-5 M-F. We fish inshore/offshore and spearfish/dive in all our spare time. I wrap rods in the garage shop too.

Not having any luck through friends or CL, figured the FL Sportsman forum was worth a shot.

Call or text 904-673-4013 if you know of anyone who might be interested. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thanks for reading.
