Choko trip mid December?

Hey guys! Its finals week for me at school up here in NYC, but I fly home to sunny FL Friday!
My neighbor and I are trying to plan a trip to chokoloskee sometime next week. Maybe camping out there to make it a two day trip.
Any suggestions as to where we should target? We would love to do mainly fly fishing. and were in a 16' carolina skiff...

Fish the back bays. If you pole/troll a shoreline you should be able to sight fish some snook

Turner river,Sunday, Oyster, House Hammock Bays.
That's a ton of territory.

Sorry to keep asking all the questions guys :P Im just trying to make this an awesome trip! Looking at a big ole chart, it looks like we can take the Turner river all the way back to Oyster Bay, and beyond if daylight allows... Were going to be throwing mainly flies, with some spinning gear mixed in. Any suggestions as to what flies?

Sunday,Huston,Alligator bay and south and everywhere in between. The area is extremely vast pick a spot that looks fishy and go for it. As far as flies a small brown/dark critter looking thing will work and you can't go wrong with a white/chartreuse clouser.
