Trash Pickers!

I have to admit that I have brung home more than my fair share of "trash" from the side of the road. However, for me to actually thrown something away means that it is truly worthless. Last week, on Wednesday, I finally got around to sorting through all the junk my tenant left. I saved some stuff for the charity resale store (Haven Hospice), across the street from where I work. The rest got piled-up at the curb.

I'd say that 75% of what I put out there disappeared by the following Monday morning (today). Why would anyone want an old blue plastic tarp that is torn and tattered and full of holes? Old moldy shoes? The funny thing is, the big old tube TV that I put out disappeared, but two others were left in its place. At least they took the whole tarp because I had a lot of broken glass and stuff rolled-up inside it.
