    1 lowly SEC team.

I hope UF somehow beats Bama and everything falls apart.

Zero SEC teams in the playoff would be amazing.

It won't happen, Henry is gonna drop 225+ on the Gators.

The SEC is truly slipping down. Way down. Oh well. I think it's more a fact that everybody else is getting better.

SECCG winner WILL go to the playoffs.

When it's all said and done I still think the SEC will have a better average finish in the Sagarin, top to bottom than anybody.

If the Gata beat Bama, the SEC is out of the playoffs.

    Face it.

I still think it'll be Clemson vs Mich State and Bama vs Oklahoma. Bama vs Clemson for the title.

All those SEC coaches getting jobs in other conferences. They are bound to catch up.

Not a Homer statement but OSU goes ahead of 2 loss UF SECSECSEC Champion. Some talking heads are saying they have a shot of getting in ahead of 1 loss Oklahoma, but I don't know about that.

The offense we saw Saturday was the one we all thought we'd see all year.

Agreed, but they put stock on Conf. Champs.

Wouldn't be shocked to see the following go ahead of tOSU though:

    1. One loss ACC champ UNC (If they beat #1 Clemson)
    2. Two loss PAC champ Stanford, the PAC has like 11 bowl eligible teams
    3. Two loss ND, only losses to current #1 and #7 teams

    With 1 & 2 being more likely than #3

If NC (current #8) beats Clemson #1 and is ACC champ, I could see them being the 4th team in.

    Oklahoma (locked in, IMHO)
    Bama
    MSU/Iowa (Locked in whomever wins)
    Clemson/UNC

All four would be conf. champs

I wouldn't be surprised if OSU goes ahead of ACC Champ UNC. This isn't basketball, this is football.

I don't think any 2 loss conference champ is a guarantee, especially Stanford. I also would not count out USC in the upset.

2 loss ND has no chance at the playoffs. 1 loss ND has no chance at the playoffs. At least Oklahoma can claim conference champion with 1 loss, ND has nothing.

Right now I see it being.

    Big Ten Champ is in.

Big 12 Champ Oklahoma is in...........probably, will be interesting to see if the committee penalizes them for not having a championship game or not.

SECSECSEC Champ Bama is in - UF if they win leaves the entire SECSECSEC out.

    Pac 12 is out.

    ACC Champ Clemson is in.

So if UF and USC win it's pretty possible OSU sneaks in while the SECSECSEC gets left out. It's also possible the committee leaves out UNC and takes Pac 12 Champ Stanford.

There is still time for some good carnage to happen. Remember what the committee did to TCU and Baylor last year in their final rankings.
