Buying GoPro, need help! Thanks

I am shopping a GoPro for daughter? Which do you suggest?. She has an I-pad she would want to put the photos and video on. She will us it to film life and some vollyball games. Thanks for your thoughts. What is their battery life?

What benefit does the Bluetooth compatible models have over just Wifi only?

The high end model I almost got was the $399 hero 4 black. It has the backpack viewer, wifi, Bluetooth, external battery, and good lowlight and resolution.

I recommend the hero 4 black. I have the budget hero model and it has virtually none of these features. It works for me, but the connectivity (Bluetooth/wifi) and ability to have extra batteries will be key for her.

hero+ has the wifi/bloothtooth. And the hero + LCD is wifi / Bluetooth and can view? To many choices....

I have The Hero3 Silver Edition,Battery Life is 2 to 2.5 Hours,May want to rethink the iPad Thing if you are going to store very many Videos as Video takes up a Large amount of storage space,You will also need a Class 10 Micro SD Card Non Class 10 Cards are Too Slow & will cause issues,GoPro has a Free App For Apple & Android & a GoPro can be Totaly Controlled By a Smart Phone or Tablet.

Why because of the touch screen back. A huge improvement. It will work just like tapping on her phone - she will like that.

Buy two batteries and a big **** micro memory card.

She doesn't need the top of the mark. I doubt she needs 4K
