Any body in the house with tankless water heater experience in cold climates?

I've had a instant on here for several years now and it works great. cut my electric bill by 30%. My problem is at my cabin in NC. The water temp out of the well is 57 degrees. The heaters I would use there would be gas as the cabin only has a 100 amp service. A single instant on would not work, max temp they will increase temp is 30 degrees. I am pretty certain that if I put 2 in, in series that I could get the temp I need but can't get a peep out of any of the manufactures through Email. Just wondering if anyone here has had any experience with something similar.

The Rinnai unit my mom has does way better than 30 degrees. North AL winter, water on the cold side will numb you quick, and hot is set at (and delivers) 120, primarily for dishwasher. If you want exact model and temps, I can get for you next time I visit.

Thank, I'd much rather use 1 than 2 but the temps there dec - feb get kind of brutal. teens are norm but the well water pretty stays at 57F.

You must be using an econo heater. If you spend money on a quality tankless they will do the job. If you have poor water quality, flush it often. Or install a filter.

Current cold water temp at Mom's is 64 degrees. Tankless is set on 120 degrees, and current hot water temp at kitchen sink is 120 degrees.

Rinnai RL94 is the model number, can be set hotter if you want, and runs on propane. No problem running two showers and still using water in the kitchen.

Have never run out of hot water, even with lots of people (15+) getting ready for an event.

Flush ALL of them at least once a year, more if you got bad water and/or a cheap heater. More tankless heaters are killed by scale build up than anything else.

I've been a water treatment plant operator for 30 years. The water coming out of the well on my property equals the water we produce with a state of the are reverse osmosis plant. The water is slightly aggressive as the hardness and alkalinity is less than 20 and the PH is 7.2. There is near 0 indicators of surface runoff (nitrate, nitrite and phosphorus). The membrane filter bacteriological produced 0 colonies and colilert had the same results. I'm working on getting a permit (NC has some crazy laws regarding moving water off your property) to bottle it and sell it as boutique water to the hotels on Miami Beach and any where else I could find a sucker to pay 20 bucks for a liter of water in a wine bottle.
I set up mine here in S.FL so I can do a diluted citric acid flush on it when I get around to it. Funny it's the same concentration of acid I use to sonic clean my shells for reloading.
