All Aboard FL - No Bonds, No Deal

The financial markets sure dont think much of the AAF scheme. The company only has until 1 January to sell out its $1.75B in tax free bonds, but has delayed the auction three times already. This is far from a done deal.

All Aboard Florida "currently has no revenues or cash flows and has never constructed or managed a passenger railroad," the consultant said in financial documents released in early August. "There can be no guarantee that the company will achieve profitability."

Can someone post how to contribute to CARE FL?

They nearly cut downtown WPB in half, closing crossings just south of Clematis.. ohh, yeah, and the station is well on its way to being built!!!That would be great to have a station and no train...

Sort of like building Dade Collier Airport west of Miami by about 35 miles. It was built to be a huge airport accommodating supersonic aircraft but the environmentalist shut it down after the first runway was built. I used to do touch and go's in a DC-8 and DC-10 there all the time.
