Customs on North Bimini vs. South

We are planning on doing a day trip for hoo's tomorrow in Bimini and we want to maximize our time there. In the past we have been told by the customs people on South Bimini at the airport that they do not open until 9 and would not let us in until then. Does anyone know what time the Customs on North Bimini open at?

Don't count on south Bimini to be open. North Bimini they open at 9 or when ever they decide to show up. makes it hard
