Bass in mid February?

I am going to be in the Fed Haven area mid February thinking about going out with A guide for large mouth is this A good time to go I would like quanity and size.I am willing to drive for A hour or so if it is worth it.

Big bass will be moving towards the shallow spawning areas then. Best time for the giants and sometimes lots of them.

The Kissimmee area is prime.
