Bismith and Tin Alloy for wood infills?

Anyone know of this alloy or used it? I see you can get different melt temps from melting in hot water to 400 deg f. I build with a lot of live edge slabs and want to be able to infill voids and checks with a melted metal, that I can polish up nicely and then coat over with a clear finish. I have used many items to fill large voids and then encased in epoxy, but looking for something different to stand out.
