Something I have noticed about the people that claim to be former LEO's posts is they are all filled with violence and boast of the law, all while they hate the politicians that wrote those laws.

I make a run, then come home till the next one for me.
Today was home till 10ish, then out till 5, home for an hour then back out for a couple of hours.

I can't drink until I am done for the day and not then if I have to drive again within 12 hours.
The reason I have my doubts that it happened is that the girl has not been charged with assault on a police officer and the Sheriff fired the officer. If there had been an assault on the officer, IMHO, the girl would have been charged with that and the officer would not have been fired.
If you assault a police officer, well, what ever happens next, regardless of your age or what ever else, it's on you and it is likely that you will take a beating for it. I believe this girl defied the officer who may or may not have been giving her a lawful order, but defiance is no reason for an officer to use excessive force on you.
Girl's behavior = wrong and deserves being taught a lesson
Cop = wrong (however only one in this situation with cause, and only wrong in that he was over handed)
NAACP and all hooplah to follow = for the wrong reasons and agenda

I have been able to confirm that the girl was texting, not talking on her phone.
This leads me to believe that the teacher was not having his classroom disrupted and that he could have simply continued teaching. It surely cannot be the first time a student has not paid attention to him, who by the way is a tall black man.

I am trying to find confirmation in the form of print or video so that I can see it and do just that for any interested parties. I thought if I asked, with multiple people trying to confirm or debunk that information that it could be confirmed or debunked in a more timely manner.
The girls age apparently has prevented news of her name which if known would facilitate a more rapid search procedure.

Possibly so. I didn't think so at first but on reviewing near the :40 mark it does look like it. But it could be a reactionary movement for balance as the officer had already begun his assault.

When someone makes a "blanket statement" that they would have "talked" this student into acting appropriately as a law abiding citizen and a member of a moral society WITHOUT knowing her or everything that transpired it makes me shake my head in disbelief and say...."wow...what a dimwit"...

...a partner of mine shot a botched robbery armed creep who took a woman hostage... right through his left eye and it ejected his brains right out the back of his skull........an "idiot" who came "after the fact" said that he would have talked the guy out of his weapon...and that there was no reason in the world to kill him.......of course he didn't hear the creep say how he was going to shoot the woman right through the head after I distracted him by saying "drop the weapon MF'er"
...by the way....I have always called bad guys "creeps"....because that's the way I feel about all people who breaks the laws and make it so we have to have things like sheriffs in high schools because they won't listen to those in authority.
"Creeps" are those who flaunt that they have used illegal drugs thousands of times...and then come here and say that the girl in question is just a misunderstood angel......and anyone who doesn't think so is a RWNJ......
I hope the sheriff gets a nice settlement and moves to Florida...
She decided on her own that she wanted to be miss bad *** and disrespect all in attendance and put up a fight cause she ain't got no rules and she can do whatever she wants.

I have been put I hand cuffs twice, both times without incidents and both times I was yes sir, no sir, I understand and I am sorry sir. Guess what I didn't get beat, teased, or pepper sprayed. I was treated like a civil human being and that was the end.
