Of course it does. I'm talking about being an adult and realizing that if you are going to get upset every time another driver does something you don't like, you are going to be pissed off every time you get behind the wheel. Bad drivers are not going away. The sooner you realize that not getting angry with them and just going around without incident is the best thing the better. I have people cut me off and tailgate every week. I ignore them. Your problem is that you can't.
