I lived there in the 90s.
That explains why it was like that.

Really? I used to be a regular there. I haven't been to a bar though in at least 3 years.
I think some better parameters would have been per capita alcohol arrest records of residents.
Anyway, also interesting that they used Panama City's population, yet the picture in the article is of PC Beach.
Blah blah blah, IMO.
I did find it interesting that Florida was 13th state overall in consumption. I would have figured Top 5.
