My apologies everyone, I'm still here!

I had some setbacks and I am still shocked to what had to go through since the Real Estate downturn. Some of you that I got to know back in 2000-2001 when the forum started to fire up probably know some of this, but maybe I can put my 'humble' hat on and give those who don't know -some detail. I know I don't have to but I want to.

The memories of fishing with everyone and having the 'BASH' in my backyard definitely helped me through some of the bad times -but losing the Yellowfin, then the house in Isle of Palms hit me pretty hard. Oh there's more than that (like losing what I describe as 'everything'), but those 2 were the big ones. I joked with some of you in 2008 & 2009 that it should only take me about 2 years to get my life back. I was wrong. I was very wrong. In fact, I never could of survived without those of you who helped me along the way & you know who you are.

Don't get me wrong, it is still a work in progress that started when I made the plan in 2009. I am still 'working' the plan and making sacrifices with each and every step along the way.

I am so proud to announce that I am hitting a milestone in the plan that I have been working on for almost 6 years.

Yesterday, I moved my company 'Reel Keeper Realty' into a 1600 SF office off Southside Boulevard and since we launched in 2012 -we have given back almost $35,000 to 42 separate charities with the 'Charity of Choice'.

So, here is the good part!

It's not a 'BASH' in my backyard, there will not be a low-country boil, & you don't have to bring anything but yourself and have some fun.

I want to sincerely invite my forum Brothers & Sisters to the Grand Opening of our NEW OFFICE LOCATION! I want to share this celebration so come on over after work this coming Thursday 10/1/15 and we can talk some fishing and boating. I do intend to get back on the water, it is in 'the plan'.
