    I saw the photos a couple of days ago. The series proves it is about "seeing." Very inspirational when taken as a whole.

    The photo in the OP is not the best by a long shot.

    indeed....

    for some reason my eye was drawn to the starker, more simplistic images....
    I like that kind of landscape....just me...

    there was image shot by a Canadian that appeared to be a planted ash forest with a road up the centre...
    I had seen an almost identical image in B&W many, many years ago in "Popular Photography" that was identical for all intents and purposes....

    Inspiration??? or coincidence???
