What would you do?

Pulling out of a gas station and witnessed a guy that pulled out in front of another guy in a pick up. The pick up forces the other car to the curb and when I went by, the pickup guy was going back to the other car whose occupants appeared to be some what elderly. Question is if you were in the car at what point would you use deadly force. The pick up guy was clearly acting in a threatening manner. I think I would wait till he broke the glass then blast him. What say you??

Im quite certain a person with out an LEO cert. can justify " blasting" anyone for what was stated happened

While still subjective, the law is pretty clear saying one must feel they are preventing imminent death or great bodily harm (to either themselves or others).

Some folks might be in fear of their life in that situation while others might just use the 5000 lb vehicle under their control and escape to fight another day.

Protect the kids and the elderly.
You where a kid and made it this far.
Hopefully if the we make it to old age and the need arises someone will help us if need be.

The loud noise can give the elderly a heart attack or PTSD if he was in Pearl Harbor

I currently don't carry in the car.
As I have said call the popo and keep on eye on it.
Can't tell what would happen next but a vehicle makes one heck of a weapon.

I'd find some kind of weapon now a days.
