Made this a few weeks back, forgot to post it up. Its not a traditional recipe. A bit of searching on this forum and food network led to me coming up with my own version of Avocado & Tuna Poke:
1lb BFT (cubed)
1 Avocado (cubed)
1 small sweet onion (diced)
2 tbs Sesame Oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 stalks of scallion (both white and some of the green sections)
1 to 2 tbs of toasted sesame seeds.
Mix the tuna, onion, scallions, soy sauce and sesame oil together and cover it.
Leave in the fridge for an hour.
Mix in the avocado careful not to break it up too much.
Garnish with sesame seeds and some more green scallions.
A smaller bowl would have helped my presentation, but the poke served with butter leaf lettuce was a hit with the Mrs.
