Try One Stop Boat Shop in Stuart, they've been a Suzuki dealer now for a couple years.

Thanks will give them a call Monday see who got opening to get me back up and running...

Any idea what a lower water pump runs to get installed believe that the issue as with muffs on lower unit no water from **** tube on top, when connected on top house outlet water runs through tube and runs out just not when muffs installed there??

I have had issues with my 150's and now my brand new 300's with muffs but no issues with direct connection. Before you spend a lot of money and time replacing a part that may not be bad in the first place, I would try putting the boat in the water, starting the engine and if it pees I would say you probably don't have an issue.

    Good luck

    Cheers

Try clearing out the hose with a piece of wire too. Lots of times if they sit for a while they just get clogged up with dirt.

IF you have not replaced your water pump in 4 years and only used it for 50 hours, I would bet your overdue to replace it. Heck even if you had used it more it is still overdue. I'd be interested to see what that rubber impeller looks like after being stuck in that round housing for 4 years. I do mine much more frequent than that.

I have had them clog up before when you use it in very silty water. I have had my best luck pushing/tapping a piece of heavy mono up tube. I would be afraid of wire as when it comes to a bend it wants to go straight and if that hose is the least bit soft you just made a hole.

Those tubes are very small and can easily get clogged. Try blowing it out from the top with a little air pressure, mine do the same thing.
