Mystery tagged redfish

Caught a 24" redfish by the NSB south causeway bridge last week that had a very new looking yellow tag under its dorsal fin. Tag read: "www.fishtagging.com 0042224" and that was it. No phone number or anything else. Website took me to smith-root fisheries, which makes fisheries management equipment (like tags) but doesn't do the actual tagging programs. I figure it might be somebody local like a tournament, guide, or group of guides tagging some fish. Not a big deal, I'm just curious and would love to report the catch if possible. Anyone have any thoughts?

Check with CCA, they are running a tagged redfish contest on the Gulf coast. It would crazy that one of those fish got over here. Their's should have their phone number on it, but who knows.

Definitely check CCA for the Star Tournament. If you are registered, it could be worth some loot.
