Just had a last minute cancellation from one of our members. We currently have 1 opening available for the 2015 season. We've had this lease for 10yrs, and have taken several trophy bucks off the property. The land is a mix of 4-5 yr old clearcuts, 4-5 yr old pines, cypress swamps, and oak bottoms. The property is broken up into several parcels. The parcel that is available for lease is approximately 150-160ac. This parcel will be yours to hunt, and no other members will hunt your parcel. A food plot was cleared out when the parcel was timbered, and can be replanted. The plot sits on the edge of a cypress swamp. Our property is in NW Madison Co, & we're approx 15-20 min N of I-10, and 15 min S of the FL/GA line.
