But you can use a bottle or any other can to shape the burgers into a bowl. We decided on some sauteed onions, peppers, mushrooms and potatoes to go in ours topped with some shredded cheese. Added some rice in two of them. Smoked with oak and cherry.
About 2 1/2 lbs of burger
Added the mixins and wrapped with thick bacon
Topped with some shredded cheese
Put the smoke to it. Next time will go with a higher smoking temp to crisp up the bacon sooner or use thinner slice bacon.
Maybe pre-cook the bacon some as the burger was more done than I would have liked. Still a tasty meal.

Can you cook those on a regular grill or do you have to have a smoker?
