Mate/Deckhand needed

We are in need of a deckhand/mate for the second vessel. Pay is daily rate plus tips. Must be open schedule wise esp during the week. Kite fishing experience is a plus but will teach the right person. You'll be working on a 34' CC and a 38 Cabo Sportfish out of sailfish marina. Person can also pickup additional money doing some basic maintenance, cleaning, etc.

The winning mate will be responsible for their own snacks, and learning the BR will take months if not years
I think it'll take me 3 months to find the right person.

yes its a full time, job, salary, benefits, 401K, etc.
5 days a week and 2 days off.
