homosassa reds

First off im posting a few days late. But myself and my budy got the day off from work on tuesday and decided "its that time of year." No empty scheduled day gets replaced by anything but a fishing day. So we took the boat to masons creek and did our best to bust up a few reds. It definitely didnt disappoint. We finished with 15 reds, a small snook, and a couple decent trout (17-20"). 2 reds were particularly impressive with the biggest being 44 inches and another at 32". Also Saw 2 trout that day that were so big i thought they were good sized reds for a minute.. anyway heres a couple pics.

Nice bunch of fish! Glad to see things have heated up and there is water in Masons Creek. I had pretty slow luck there this past winter.
