Inshore boat rental

Anyone know of boats for rent. Homosassa to Cedar key.

Inshore, Dont mind(actually prefer) a small aluminum boat. But whatever is fine. If on a trailer that would be great, 80 years of fishing boat experience between us.

Currently looking for an inshore boat to purchase and I am in that spot between boats as I just sold my inshore Jonboat. A friend wants to come down for an unexpected trip, and if the winds blowing I will need an inshore boat for a few days next week.

Don't need fancy. We would just be going out a couple of miles and mostly likely not that far. Oysterbars in Yankeetown is where I would like to be, but will adjust as necessary.

Thx, Just called on that. Probably too big, 24ft, and 200 bucks a day. But thanks again for the info.

MacRae's have really nice jon boats (1448 I believe) now with 15 HP four stroke Mercury's.

I'm not sure of the price but I know fuel costs isn't bad as those motors run cheap.

$100 day, 3 gallons fuel included, no trailers. http://www.macraesofhomosassa.com/BaitHouse.html

They tell you that you don't have their permission to take it outside the mouth of the river. I've run out the Little Homosassa and never had a problem but if the law knows their policy they might stop you. I always bring flares; I think that would be what they could cite you for.

Sounds good, thanks. I really hope I don't need to rent any. So expensive. Need the winds to stay light and all will be well.
