Datil Ice Cream

Just kidding. I do love the datil, though, and made some datil lime cilantro butter and it turned out good enough to share.

Chop a bunch of cilantro leaves, a tomatillo, and a few datils and put in blender. Squeeze a lime, getting enough juice to make a pasty mixture while blending the veggies.

Combine the paste in a bowl with two sticks of room temp butter and some sea salt. Mix well, and there you have it. This tastes great on fish, and will be trying it on skrimp next.
