caveat: this movie is not about college sports and is really about a pervasive culture of denial and cover up of rapes on college campuses throughout the nation and the increasing awareness of the problem and keys to solutions
turning this into a fsu bashing would be pathetic and asinine

Its a pretty sorry piece of whatever it is. They have Erica Kinsman telling a story that she was drunk and drugged and woke up in a taxi with several guys she didn't know. THE MOVIE FAILS TO MENTION THAT TOXICOLOGY TESTS ON ERICA KINSMAN FOIND NO DRUGS AND A VERY SMALL AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL. Many other examples like this in her story as presented, but the facts from the investigation are never presented. Lol, a bunch of bs just like Erica's story. They also don't mention that her attorney asked to take out an insurance policy on Jameis Winston in case he gets hurt and doesn't have a long NFL career. She will never get a penny from Winston and now that Thrasher is the FSU President she won't get a penny from FSU either. She needs to go back to her trailer park and scheme up another way to make some money because her scheme failed miserably.

If I understand Frank correctly, this is the mentality that the movie is addressing.
Nole66, you're going a TAD far there, no? It's shock and awe more than anything else.
I will start off with this though: I'm not a father, yet. However, I do have a 20 year old little sister at FSU and enjoys the party scene. I worry about her, but I know she has a good head screwed on her shoulders. After 5 years in Tallahassee (and frankly, just about any college) I know one thing to be true: $7 all you can drink, nickel beer night, $5 liquor pitchers, kill the keg nights, etc etc etc When the booze flows that easily around 18-24 year olds stupid things happen. People make decisions they regret, on both sides of the bed. ANYTHING that riases some eyebrows or awareness to young college women to keep their wits about them, and not lose control in situations that can lead them to lose judgement is a good thing.
It just sucks that this so happens to put FSU in a negative light due to a a questionable allegation in an investigation that has shown no wrong doing by an FSU QB.
Nole66 was right on one thing, she has changed the story several times (fact) and did not show any drugs in her system (tox report, fact), no head trauma (medical exam, fact) nor was she drunk or over the legal limit (fact). The repeated cash crabs have failed, and will continue to do so IMHO.

The mentality of the movie is to present blatantly false and easily refuted claims about sexual assault on college campuses. It also ignores the rights of the accused, many times the falsely accused. It stares thay 1 in 5 females on college campuses is a victim of sexual assault, when statistics clearly state this claim is false. It's about drama, false claims and yelling fire in a crowded theatre when no fire exists. Educate yourself with the facts and you will see this is nothing more than a liberal, left wing hack job with zero credibility. I have a daughter and when she becomes old enough to attend college, I'll not have a second thought sending her.
The cleatchaser got exactly what she wanted then was embarrassed and afraid mommy and daddy would find out she was doing black athletes. Teach your daughters how to handle themselves, some morality and to avoid bad situations and most likely they will be fine. I find it impossible to believe our colleges and universities are full of guys who ****.

I gotta agree with big 66.
However it does happen. I just get fed up with all the blame going to the guys involved. Girls need to assume part of the blame too...I'm gonna guess that many of the sexual assaults occur when the female is way too intoxicated, leads guys on, then regrets it in the morning.

that is a very small part of the movie about a much bigger issue, you using it to score gotcha points on a fishing forum's sports site is asinine
Got one! Throw it back, wrong species.
