it was just proven on the radio that the OP was doing a test. Those that saw black and blue were having their vision affected due to negative or bad things going on in their lives at the time of looking at it.

The simple answer is people see colors differently. Just as people see shapes differently as in the test where you are shown a picture and one person sees a butterfly and another person sees an angel. It's pretty funny how people are arguing over it though.:grin

The dress is pretty ugly, no matter what color it is. It would be a better marketing plan to draw mass-attention to a dress that people would actually wear in public.
