Titusville Nasa train bridge...parrish park

I want to fish the train bridge from my kayak. I have fished it before in a boat. I don't want to paddle all the way from parrish park. I know I could park at Chain of Lakes park and get in thru the canals, but that is also a long paddle. I see on Google Earth that there is a road off US1 called parrish road, and it goes all the way to the train bridge. That would be a perfect spot to launch. Does anyone know if you're allowed to park there? Has anyone ever parked there before? Any tips would be great. You can see the road leading out to the weiner shaped jut of land, which is wear i want to park, due north of chain of lakes.

Doesn't look like it - if you do street view in google maps, and look at the street view available furthest east on Parish Rd, there's a gate across the road. This is just before Parish Road hooks south. Looks like it's about 1/4 mile from the gate to water.

That peninsula looks really...um...peninsular. Must have been designed by the same engineers planning out the new Banana River railroad crossing.

Parrish Rd dead ends into a NASA barricade. The property is used for loading/unloading equipment before going onto the center. Unfortunately its off limits.

I used to go to the Titusville Municipal Marina, then go over by the ball fields and launch from there. Very short paddle north to the bridge
