Steiner 4x16x50 Military Rifle Scope

I bought this a few months ago for my build. It has been in the box on my safe. I got on a group buy for a 5x25 Steiner T5xi so I was going to put this on a 700LTR 308 i will have on Tuesday. Well was served papers now need to sell this for attorney fees. hate to, but gotta do it.
The scope is in the box, I bought it new and it is in BRAND NEW condition. There is dust on the front lens, I don't want to touch it.. Just paid $1600, I will take $1350 shipped for it.
