Looking for a full time deckhand for commercial fishing vessel

I have an opening for a full time position on my commercial fishing boat the "Pirate's Code". We fish out of Mayport, Murrells Inlet, SC and possibly Morehead City, NC next year. Some of the things I am looking for are being on time, not missing trips (without advanced notice), hard worker, some type of fishing ability and the drive to try being the best that they can at what they do. This is a professional boat and we work very hard often times without much sleep to maximize the fishing seasons while they are here. We dont mess with any drugs or alcohol on the boat. Once we leave the dock we are in kill mode until the boxes or full or were on the way home. Pay is per trip or $50/day if were doing boat work on land. Per trip pay goes as follows: Gross trip revenue minus expenses = profit with 50% to the boat owner and 50% to the crew. Crew is never more than 3 people (1 capt/2 deckhands). Per year you can expect to make $30-$45K. My crew this month made over $7K each but the average month is somewhere in the $3-$4K range depending on the seasons. Contact me if you are interested my number is (302) 562-1318. Ill require 3 references upon hiring.
