Couldn't find the old debate, just wondering if this is the same issue?

Hard to believe they can do 6 mos in prison, a year supervision and NOT have a felony on their record. What a joke.

This is it here, and yes, this is the resolution. Doesn't quite seem fare. They avoided felonies when a lot of other people that participated at a lesser level got them and lost jobs and gave up careers. Seems like they should have to give up all commercial rights.

:rotflmao :rotflmao :rotflmao Gawd, I remember Dee Dallmeyer from my days in the Keys, going back to the 70's. Sold many a LYT to him over the years, after he bought out Bill Grosscup's mobile fish monger business.

Sooooo.....ol' Dee pulled a Bum Farto? They'll probably find him hiding in Ocala with the rest of the old conchs, those that are still alive.

They're not sure what happened. It doesn't look good. Highly unlikely he skipped. He was looking at probation and not much else in return for cooperating against the offenders. The penalty for skipping on Supervision is a lot worse. They don't take that lightly.

I agree....and I was being sarcastic in my first post. Knowing Dee, he is a hothead at times and won't back down from anything/anyone, no matter the threat(s) against him. I'm afraid there might be a far more grisly reason for his disappearance. But I hope for the best.
