No, but I made a pretty decent living gambling for several years. I know good action. I know bad action. I know fair action. I know when I'm walking in to a trap and I know how to lay a trap.
The proposal to you was pretty fair. You can lower the bet amount if you like. My $15 to your $60. If you win I owe $65 ($50 preseason + $15) if I win you owe $10 ($50 preseason - $60). That is if the numbers are what turned you off.

It's trap bet that I'm willing to fall in to IF he gives me another half point. He wants to be greedy and take away half point instead of accepting that his mark has fell for his trap.
