More smoked mullet

I sold an old piano bench to a friend of mine. Didn't realize she was going to surprise me with some fresh mullet that her husband had just caught. And CLEANED even. Off they went to the smoker, no brine. Everglades heat, black pepper, lemon pepper, cayenne and garlic salt.

Only gonna get 5 of these on my smoker.

Wood of choice. Pecan with a bit of cherry. Smoked at 220º for 3 1/2 hours

Gonna go good with some football this weekend. :beer
