Key Largo Bottom Bite Monday 24th
Made my way to the reef yesterday morning around 9:30 and after setting up in 100' saw that my anchor had slipped and I ended up in 75'. Looked at the machine and saw what looked like a bunch of Yellowtails. The bite was on, and 10 baits resulted in 10 Yellowtail. After the carnage I threw the net and iced about five dozen Ballyhoo. Pinned on the biggest one and sent him to the bottom while I was cleaning the boat. Mr. Black showed up and joined his pals in the box. Fished an hour and a half and ended up with ten snapper, one grouper, and a decent Cero Mackerel. Another day in paradise!
