Anyone have a good salmon recipe?

I came across a nice side of salmon. Will prep some of it fresh to taste the natural beauty, but I also want to mix it up and pan-fry some after letting it marinate. My usual go-to is a mix of honey, OJ, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and cilantro but I want to change it up and try something new.

Anyone got anything?

Thanks y'all:cool:

My favorite way to prepare salmon is just lightly seasoned and grilled, crispy on the outside, medium to medium rare on the inside.

However, since you asked about alternatives - salmon poached in milk in the oven is amazing. Seasoning to taste, milk not quite to cover (leave top of filet out of milk), with fresh parsley and lemon slices on top. 350 - 375 till just done. (Sometimes I cover the baking pan, sometimes not.)

Sorry so late to respond. :)
