Well, Preliminary report is "pilot error"....Unlocked the pivoting tail at too slow a speed causing the break up.

This. Add self-aggrandizing publicity **** to the description.

And no way I'd get on his POS "spaceship", that design and propulsion system is more outdated than the Shuttle, which incidentally first flew, oh, only about ten years behind schedule.
