What's the best time of year to plan a ski trip out there?
Early to mid-March gives moderate temperatures and plenty of snowpack. Schools have spring break then, so you will have to contend with young co-eds on the slopes. If your a powder skier, then late January and February. Be prepared to be cold. This winter, I'm leaving the mountains for the Florida islands, aka Florida Keys.
It depends on what your definition of a "woman" is. There is an old joke about "Wyoming"......."where the men are strong and the sheep run scared."
I have worked all over and WY is one of the three places I have worked where you best bring your woman with you.
Now about the OP. The name in the subject field is what the tourists call the little hill. Locals have a different name for it. It is no big deal to ski it. The hard part is the hike.
