New to Marco Island fishing

Heading over to Marco with the flats boat tomorrow, looking for a little advice/fishing report since I do not fish there very often and this will be my first time taking the boat there. Looking for a general rundown or some spots that have worked for you in the past, also looking for bait and/or where to buy some early in the morning. If you can throw in where is a good boat ramp and tackle/bait shop would also be appreciated.
